any item is found to be defective, it will be replaced or money will be returned. Judaic Giraffe must
be contacted
via email
for a Return Authorization Number before defective merchandise
may be returned. Unwanted purchases are not returnable.
Can I order if I live outside of the United States?
At this time, Judaic Giraffe only ships to domestic U.S.
addresses. However, if you can provide us with a U.S. address
and a credit card, we can ship your merchandise to that address
in the US.
When will my order ship?
If in stock, your order ships within one (1) week. Backorders
ship within six (6) weeks. You will be notified via email if
your order contains a backorder. If you wish to cancel your backorder,
please contact us via email at cancelorder@judaicgiraffe.com.
How can I find out about the status of my order?
Email our Customer Service department at customerservice@judaicgiraffe.com. Please include
your last name and billing zip code to aid in locating your new
order. Our representatives are available from 9:00 AM to 5:00
PM (EST), 5 days a week, Monday - Friday.
